Terms of use

WebNasr provides and licenses ClearLayer Browser. Purchases are completed through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. These terms apply to the app and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Provider and purchases

WebNasr is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 94966990 in Zaandam, North Holland, the Netherlands. Contact: contact@webnasr.com. The current offer is €9.99 as a one-time payment for lifetime use of the purchased app version on one active Windows computer. The final price and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for the transaction; its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase.

License grant

A paid lifetime license grants one person or organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the purchased ClearLayer version on one active Windows computer at a time. “Lifetime” means ongoing use of the purchased app version under these terms. It does not include a promise of all future major versions or that external services remain available forever.

Activation and transfer

The license requires online activation and periodic validation. You may deactivate the current computer before activating another. Circumventing activation limits, sharing a key, reselling access, or publishing a key is prohibited. Support may reset an activation after reasonable ownership verification.

Responsible use

You must comply with applicable laws, privacy requirements, contracts, workplace or education policies, intellectual-property rights, and third-party website terms. You may not use ClearLayer to obtain unauthorized access, facilitate deception, evade legitimate monitoring requirements, infringe rights, or conceal unlawful activity.

Capture exclusion

Capture exclusion is a best-effort Windows window-management feature. It is not a security boundary and is not guaranteed against all capture software, remote-access systems, graphics configurations, operating-system versions, physical cameras, or future platform changes. You are responsible for testing the feature before relying on it.

Third-party websites and services

ClearLayer lets you enter websites and AI tools of your choice. WebNasr does not control, endorse, or become responsible for those services. Their accounts, content, availability, subscriptions, policies, and data practices remain between you and the relevant provider.

Updates and availability

Reasonable maintenance updates may be provided, but compatibility can be affected by Windows, WebView2, websites, and other third-party components. Features may change when needed for safety, compliance, platform compatibility, or reliability.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided without guarantees beyond mandatory consumer rights. WebNasr is not responsible for third-party content, lost web sessions, capture-tool behavior, indirect loss, or misuse of the application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

The license may be suspended or terminated for material breach, fraud, key sharing, unlawful use, or attacks on the licensing service. Terms that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective digital content. Purchase and refund matters are also subject to the applicable Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.
